Aldo Vajentic Flooring, 1985 - 1988
Worked as a member of a sanding and finish crew for the first 18 months, than became fully trained in all aspects of installation. Promoted to crew chief, after two years, performed estimates and ran sanding and finish crew, as well as handled repair work.
C & R Flooring Company 1986 - 1988
Started C & R Flooring, in the spring of 1986, at the age of 19. C & R was a moon lighting company for the first two years, providing mostly sand and finish to existing homes in the Greater Boston area.
C & R Flooring Inc 1988 - 2000
Owned and operated C & R Flooring, Inc for 14 years servicing mainly Builders and re-modelers and home owners for the first five years. In 1993 began servicing commercial sites such as Ann Taylor, Brooks Brothers, Wilson Leather, and American Eagle to name a few. In 1994 took the Commercial division National with offices in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Ft Lauderdale, Florida. C & R Flooring became a leader in the commercial and the residential markets and soon became the company of choice by manufacturers like Bruce, Armstrong, Hartco, Robbins, Tarkett, and Mirage, for much of their trouble shooting needs across New England and the east coast.

C & R Flooring Inc a Delaware Company 2000 - Present
C & R flooring was purchased by venture capitalist in MA in 2000. Stayed on as president and continue to run day to day operations as well as continue to participate as one of the principle owners.
WFI Wood Floor Inspectors Of New England 2004 - Present
In 2004, attended Inspector Trainer Services School in New Orleans, a course taught by Will Stoner and Howard Brickman, sponsored and tested by the (NWFA) National Wood Flooring Association. After taking the course a passing all aspects of the test, received NWFA Certification in the industry of Wood Flooring.
